Having a Splish Splash of a time is meant for you to revive your spirit and get you over the end of the summer hump and have a ton of fun!
I can’t wait to share this info, fun activities, and self-exploring. I’m a mother of 4 active children ages 1, 5, 9 and 11. I understand how easy it is to get swamped with kid agenda’s, weekend family activities, house work, yard work, and/or a career with no summer’s off.
I’m here to play with you, bring fun into your life. I’m here to give you new sand box tools so you can feel great.
I understand the "trickiness" of balance, I’m a Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, Intuitive Eating Coach and I get you because I am you. My expertise however can help you shift, transform and ignite the inner you who is dying to get out and have a good old fashion belly laugh, giggle, smile and feel joy in ALL parts of your life!
